		We are made with water. Mother earth is made with water. Water gives us live and enegy, she purifies and nurtures us. We need her to survive. When we respect and love her we respect and love what we are. She vibrates with our thoughts and feelings. The intention is to create a healthy relationship with the water, taking care of her and using her with respect and love and by doing this with her we will do the same with ourselves.

		Wood is the element of growth. It is a resource that can be renewed, or that can be stumped and even destroyed. The growth of humans goes the same way, if it is nurtured, it will grow strong and luscious, like a healthy forest. If we do not nurture and care for ourselves we become stumped, or can even destroy ourselves and each other. This session will focus on the growth of our forests as a mirror of our own growth as humans beings, on the need of nurturing our wood in the world and the wood in ourselves together.
